PROGRAM RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
“Safety, discipline, and growth are the foundation of this experience.”
- Program Nature
- This is an experiential learning program combining entrepreneurship, trekking, and adventure activities.
- Participants are expected to maintain active involvement in all sessions and activities.
- Discipline & Behavior
- Respect towards mentors, staff, fellow participants, and local communities is mandatory.
- Any form of misconduct, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Use of abusive language, aggression, or disrespect may lead to immediate removal.
- Substance Policy
- Strictly prohibited: Smoking, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, or any intoxicating substances.
- Violation will result in termination without refund.
- Participation Commitment
- Attendance in all sessions (entrepreneurial + outdoor) is compulsory.
- Participants must follow all instructions from mentors, guides, and coordinators.
- Accommodation & Privacy
- Separate accommodation arrangements for boys and girls will be ensured.
- Participants must respect privacy and personal boundaries at all times.
- Punctuality
- Timelines will be strictly followed.
- Delays or negligence impacting group activities will be treated seriously.
SAFETY GUIDELINES
- Participants must be physically fit for moderate trekking and outdoor activities.
- Any medical condition, allergy, or prior injury must be disclosed in advance.
- All trekking and adventure activities (rock climbing, ziplining, etc.) will be conducted under trained professionals.
- Participants must: Follow safety instructions strictly, Use provided equipment properly, Avoid risky or unauthorized actions.
- A basic medical kit and trained support staff will be available.
- Emergency protocols will be communicated at the beginning of the program.
- Participants must immediately report any discomfort, injury, or concern.
- Participants must follow eco-friendly practices: No littering, Respect nature and wildlife, Preserve local surroundings.
- Participants must stay with the group at all times during travel and treks.
- Leaving the group without permission is strictly prohibited.
PARENTAL CONSENT & LIABILITY DECLARATION
- The program includes trekking, outdoor activities, and travel, which involve inherent risks.
- Participation is voluntary, and we understand the nature of activities involved.
- The participant is medically fit to participate.
- All relevant health conditions have been disclosed truthfully.
- While all precautions will be taken, Acxelerate India and its partners will not be held liable for: Minor injuries, Illness due to weather or environment, Unforeseen natural conditions.
- The participant will adhere to all rules, safety guidelines, and instructions.
- Any violation may result in termination without refund.
- Arrange medical treatment in case of emergency.
- Take necessary action in the participant’s best interest.
- Photos/videos taken during the program to be used for promotional and educational purposes.
